"Angel in the Rain"

Verse1:

Sitting by myself
On this cold and stormy day
Thoughts of you on my head
Wondering if you'll come my way

You'd make the cold much warmer
The gray so colorful to see
Everything just seems so beautiful
When you are with me

Chorus:

You're my angel in the rain
You see me through darkness and through pain
And when the sun shines so bright and clear
Then I know you must be near
Somewhere here, Close to me
Somewhere here, Close to me

Verse2:

Sometimes I just wonder
When I'll next see your face
The touch of your hand on my shoulder
The comfort of your sweet embrace

And I know that day will come
Maybe when I need you best
You'll just suddenly be beside me
And you will be my rest

Bridge:

Oh I can be strong and stand tall
For you are with me through it all
And its just so plain to see
You're all I need
Right here, with me

"The Battle of Italy's Finest"

Alessandro Del Piero and the Squad of Juventus F.C. will face Filippo Inzaghi and A.C. Milan on the 28th of May in the UEFA Champions league final thats going to be held in the famous Old Trafford in Manchester. Juventus FC's European record since their 1997/98 UEFA Champions League final defeat by Real Madrid CF has been below expectations. But since the 2001 return of Marcello Lippi, under who Juventus won the 1996 tournament and reached the next two finals, the 'Old Lady' has been in fine fettle. While AC Milan, only Real Madrid CF have won more European Champion Clubs' Cups than AC Milan - but even the holders have been outdone by the Rossoneri in this campaign.

This will be a match to be remembered! Be sure to watch it!

There is something definately wrong with my blogger! son of a bitch!!! so i guess i won't be blogging for awhile!! look at the entry before this.. i can't seem to edit it..
ain't that a bitch!!

"1-2:Ronaldo Hero over Valencia"

Ronaldo became the heroe of the evening on Valencia’s ground. His two targets made it possible for Real to clinch to the top of the table. The Brazilian striker has scored 26 goals so far this season, fulfilling his promise from last September. Del Bosque’s boys showed all their authority during the second half of the game. Hierro was a last-minute absence and Pavón had to take over from him. Guti was cautioned so he will be out of the next match against Celta, which tonight beat Deportivo dragging them away from the top positions. Real Madrid is temporarily at the top of the standings pending Real Sociedad’s result in Málaga.

The first half did not leave either side a second to breathe. Both of them played with the highest intensity, especially in the midfield, which provoked many turnovers and counterattacks. This is how Ronaldo’s first chance was brought about. Valencia faced up to the challenge trying hard to get past Flavio and Guti. Aimar stepped up with the support from his teammates Vicente and Fabio Aurelio. The Argentinean player made some dangerous moves between lines, especially when he got a link to Baraja.

The home crowd was not happy about the visitor’s clear authority on the pitch. The lethal stroke could happen any moment. The local side went a bit flat after all the effort they had made in the first half. Figo sent a long-range pass to Figo, who got around Cañizares to make it 1-2 (65’).

Guti, Zidane, Figo and Raúl took control of the game making it hard for the home side to get hold of the ball. Roberto Carlos had the chance to secure the win, but his shot went wide ten minutes from time. The local coach replaced Pellegrino with Mista and Cambiasso came on for Figo. The three points have put Real at the top of the standings pending Real Sociedad’s result. Celta will be the next meeting for the Whites.

THE MATCH
1 – VALENCIA: Cañizares; Pellegrino (Mista 83´), Djukic, Ayala, Carboni (Kily González 68´); Fabio Aurelio, Baraja, Marchena, Vicente (Rufete 59´); Aimar and Carew.
2 – REAL MADRID: Casillas; Míchel Salgado, Roberto Carlos, Pavón, Helguera; Flavio, Guti, Figo (Cambiasso 83´) y Zidane; Raúl (Solari 90´) and Ronaldo (Morientes 87´).
GOALS:
0-1, min. 25: Ronaldo, heads into the net from a centre shot by Figo.
1-1, min. 32: Fabio Aurelio, receives from Aimar and beats Casillas with a cross shot.
1-2, min. 65: Ronaldo gets Figo’s pass under control in an amazing way, dribbles Cañizares and scores nice and easy.

"From Baguio and Back"

I arrived from Baguio just 10 minutes ago.. we left Baguio at around 3pm.. its now 12:45am. Ain't that a bitch! nine and a half hours on the fuckin' road.. doing nothing.. just contemplating on the thought that schools about to start in a week..

Anyways Baguio ain't that bad. its cold and has lots of fog. There is this place called "Ukay-Ukay" where used clothes from all over the states and God knows where are brought to be sold at very cheap prices. And when i say cheap, damn their cheap! you know what i mean! but anyway.. i didn't get anything from there.. i kinda wanted to go to Baguio not for that but for the place itself. The place is so nice and shit and you know, it would be nice to just stay there and relax and forget the stress down below the mountains. But i didn't get a chance to just stay in one place and be alone and just be in my own space because if we ain't doin anything there are just so much people around you. you feel me?! but its cool!.. overall the trip was cool..

"There is.."

this vacation ain't useless
these white pills aren't kind
i'm giving it a lot of thought on this coming 8-hour drive
i missed the grinding concrete where we sat past 1 and past somemore time
and slowly finished laughing in the glow of our headlights
i've given a lot of thought to the nights we used to have
the days have come and gone
our lives when but so fast
i faintly remember breathing on your living room floor
where we told stories and i sweared i loved you more

do you care if i don't know what to say
will you sleep tonight or will you think of me
will i shake this off pretend its all okay
that there someone out there who feels just like me
there is..

those notes i wrote you
i've kept them all
i'll give a lot of thought of how to write you back this june
with every single letter in every single word there
will be a hidden message about a boy that
loves a girl
do you care if i don't know what to say
will you sleep tonight or will you think of me
will i shake this off
pretend its all okay that there's someone out there who feels just like me
there is..

Ronaldo wins two Laureus Sports Awards

Ronaldo has become the first sportman to win two Laureus Sports Awards in the same year. The Real Madrid player collected the accolade for the Comeback of the Year and, after that, on behalf of World Cup winners Brazil, he picked up a second Statuette for the Laureus World Team of the Year. At Monte Carlo Grimaldi Forum, the Megastar was accompanied by Emilio Butragueño and Spanish Sports Secretary Juan Antonio Gómez-Angulo. It is hard to find an adjective to describe the season the Brazilian player is experiencing after having won the Golden Ball, the FIFA World Player Award, the 2002 World Cup Golden Ball, the Intercontinental Cup (at which he was named as best player) and the ONZE d'Or

Ronaldo has been crowned in Monte Carlo. The Brazilian footballer has been the triumphant character of the 2003 Laureus Awards. After the ceremony, he will fly back to Madrid with two trophies in the bag. The first one is for the Comeback of the Year and the second one for the Team of the Year. He is sharing the latter with all his Brazil teammates, including Real Madrid player Roberto Carlos.

By vote, Real forward beat skiers Janica Kostelicand Hermann Maier, tennis player Pete Sampras and swimmer F. Van Almsikc. His impressive performance after having recovered from two serious injuries on his knee has earned him the accolade. Ronaldo succeeds tennis player Goran Ivanisevic in this award.

The audience at Monte Carlo Grimaldi Forum rose to their feet when the Megastar went up to the stage for a second time to collect the Team of the Year Award for Brazil. The Carnarinha stood ahead of Real Madrid, Canadian National Ice Hockey Team, the European Ryder Cup Team and Ferrari's Formula One Team.

Apart from the Real Madrid striker, there were more triumphant characters in Monaco. Lance Amstrong was designated as the Sportsman of the Year, Serena Williams the Sportswoman of the Year. NBA's Houston Rockets player Yao Ming was the Newcomer of the Year and the award for a lifetime achievement went to golfer Gary Player.

The only Spaniard that has been awarded is golf p`layer Sergio García when, in 2000, he won the Newcomer accolade. The jury of the awards has two Spanish members: Miguel Indurain and Severiano Ballesteros.

2003 AWARD WINNERS:
Comeback of the Year: Ronaldo
Sportsman of the Year: Lance Amstrong
Sportswoman of the Year: Serena Williams
Team of the Year: Selección de Brasil

"All For You"

Finally I figured out
But it took a long, long time
But now there's a turnabout
Maybe 'cause I'm trying

There's been times, I'm so confused
All my roads, They lead to you
I just can't turn and walk away

It's hard to say what it is I see in you
Wonder if I'll always be with you
But words can't say, And I can't do
Enough to prove,
It's all for you

I thought I'd seen it all
'Cause it's been a long, long time
But then we'll trip and fall
Wondering if I'm blind

Rain comes pouring down
Falling from blue skies
Words without a sound
Coming from your eyes

Finally I figured out
But it took a long, long time
But now there's a turnabout
Maybe cause I'm trying

"Surreal"

With my head above the water
I can breathe to stay alive
But I'll try a little harder
If you want me to survive

Won't somebody tell me?
How I got to this stage?
When consequence is inconsequential
And
Staring in the spotlight
Is better than real life

It's been surreal, how do you feel
When the seas part before your eyes
It's just so real how does it feel
When the stars that follow die

With my head above the water
I could drift along, beyond the tides
But I can try a little harder
If you help me to reach the other side.

It's been surreal, how do you feel
When the colors have left you blind
It's just so real how does it feel
To have left yourself behind

"5-1:Feel the White Magic Mállaga"

With some top-class football, authority and determination. From all the leading candidates to the Liga title, Real has stood out this matchday with a sort of ‘reflexive’ football, as some have called it. They got back to their old style amid the usual support from the stands, which were already full by kickoff. The applauds from the crowds resulted in the best possible reward for any football fan. Morientes (2), Raúl (2) and Roberto Carlos all got more targets to their names in a flawless game. Guti did a wonderful performance against the courage of the visiting side, who today happened to pay for the Turin defeat. The Liga could not get more exciting.

The game was already sorted out by the 18th minute of play. Three early attakcs by Morientes, Raúl and Roberto Carlos got the Bernabéu crowds more interested in listening to what was happening on Real Sociedad’s ground (they got a win today, which puts them on the top position). But the best news is that these three attacks were not one-off actions or moments of brilliant inspiration
Quite on the contrary, these actions were fruit of an overwhelming control of the midfield by the white players. A lot of their goal scoring-opportunities started off at the midfield. Over the first half of play, Raúl (twice) and Roberto Carlos enjoyed clear chances to make it a bigger win. The Whites remained in the possession of the ball most of the time. Guti was the main responsible player for this clear dominance with some spotless actions. Del Bosque’s boys kept reaching the opposing goal by playing the ball on the first kick.

Besides, Malaga showed a very generous attitude, playing and letting play, resulting in a very beautiful footbal show. The visiting coach (who has never managed to beat Madrid) remained loyal to his style, even when the score was most unfavourable for his side.

The visitors were playing with six footballers from the Real Madrid reserve teams, so tonight they displayed all the skills they have learnt during their training in the white club. They could have hit Madrid’s goal more times, but then, the home defenders did a great performance in blocking their area. We watched a duel between the most veteran forward and the youngest keeper of the Liga, with the result that Dely Valdés found it impossible to reach Casillas’ goal through the white defence.

through
Real fans had not seen such a nice and easy second half for ages. The win seemed secured, so both sides preferred to play some nice football for the crowds to enjoy (there were also many Malaga fans on the stands). They both staged beautiful and showy actions every time they could. Morientes made the win bigger and Manu (the best visiting player without a doubt) score the goal of the honour. Raúl concluded the show with a great target following one of the many assists by Guti. Del Bosque gave a break to Zidane, Figo and Roberto Carlos in the final stretch of play. All three left the field amid the applause of the followers. There are other important fixtures in the schedule now that the final stretch of the Liga is round the corner. It will be a thrilling competition until the very last matchday.

THE MATCH:
5 - REAL MADRID: Casillas; Michel Salgado, Hierro, Helguera, Roberto Carlos (Cambiasso, 81’); Figo (McManaman, 75’), Flavio, Guti, Zidane (Solari, 65’); Raúl and Morientes.
1 - MÁLAGA: Contreras; Josemi, Sanz, Roteta, Valcarce (Iznata, 29’); Manu, Musampa (Leko, 72’), Miguel Angel, Gerardo, Sandro; and Dely Valdés (Canabal, 72’).
REFEREE: Puentes Leira, Galicia Referees Association. Yellow cards to Gerardo (37’), Iznata (45’), Manu (66’), Miguel Angel (76’).
GOALS:
1-0: Min. 4: Counterattacking interplay between Zidane and Figo, who passes to Morientes to beat the goalie with a cross shot.
2-0: Min. 15: Guti’s centre shot towards Raúl, who scores from the penalty spot.
3-0: Min. 18: Roberto Carlos makes the most of a clear in the area.
4-0: Min. 53: Morientes, following a perfect assist by Raúl.
4-1: Min. 63: Manu, right-footed from a pass by Sandro
. 5-1: Min. 82: Another great assist of Guti’s to Raúl, who tricks Roteta and beats Contreras.

"One Drop"

Feel it in the one drop
And we'll still find time to rap
We're making the one stop
The generation gap
So feel this drum beat
As it beats within
Playing a rhythm resisting against the system
Ooh-we I know He'll never let us down
Pull your rights from wrong
I know He'll never let us down
Oh no! oh no! oh no!
They made the world so hard
Everyday we got to keep on fighting
They made the world so hard
Everyday the people are dying
From hunger and starvation, lamentation
But read it in Revelation
You'll find your redemption
And then you give us the teaching of His Majesty
For we no want no devil philosophy
Feel it on the one drop
And we still find time to rap
We're making the one stop
And we fill in the gap
So feel this drum beat
As it beats within, playing a rhythm
Fighting against ism and skism

"Waking up in a beautiful Dream..."

Its like waking up in a dream so wonderous that you just wished that you just die and live in that dream. And the feeling of waking up is so fucking depressing, because you wished and prayed and worked so much that if ever you have that dream, when you wake up its still there.. but no.. it ain't there and you know you worked your ass off to have that dream and its fades into nothing right in your face. And you have to work all over again in order to have that dream back and make it into a reality. You know what i mean.. and the Best part of this is you don't care if you wait a thousand years, work a million times better in order to get that back and make it a reality.. you understand what i mean?! depressing and desperate as i may sound, this is for real.. i guess this is my definition of love you know, i doesn't matter if you know the person that well or not, if you feel it, you feel it.. and when it happens, it happens. And when you don't know the person, well i guess when your inlove with the person and she feels the same way, the getting to know you part just comes with the territorry of being inlove even more.

"The White Magic did not Prevail in Delle Alpi"

The Whites will not be going back to Old Trafford in England to defend their UEFA Champins league title. Seems like Juventus had more of a championship form than the Whites. Right from kick off, the game started to give feelings very different from what we saw at Old Trafford. Ronaldo’s absence did not make the white attack as dangerous as usual. Compared to the first leg, today Davids and Tacchinardi carried the weight of their team’s play from the midfield, so they could let Nedved play as a third striker behind Del Piero and Trezeguet.

The worst happened when both squads were still settling on the field. Nedved received the ball from the right, Helguera did not make it to get in the way, Del Piero got around Michel and Trezeguet scored the first goal after beating Cambiasso.

The rest of the white charges (Zidane, Flavio, Figo...) did not give Buffon much trouble. In the meantime, Juventus withdrew to their ground until they could come up with a counterattack. It was Trezeguet who set if off first, though it all ended up in Casillas’ hands (34’). The game was going a bit flat. Juventus wanted to war and Madrid fell into this trap. In the 43rd minute Del Piero worked hard to find a gap and score the second goal. Old Trafford and Turin were getting near each other.

Real Madrid could do nothing to recover from this blow, though there still was some hope left until Nevded, who did fantastically all the time, received a long-range shot from Zambrota and put it past Casillas. It was a far too big punishmet for the Whites, who, despite all the setbacks, never gave up on the fight. Now it was tougher, but not impossible. In the 88th minute, Zidane, the best white player of the night, fired a left-footed shot that got in by the post. It was the only way to beat Buffon. There were two minutes left... plus five more minutes of additional time. Kill or die. Raúl pulled all his weapons but missed it in the 94th minute. The tenth cup will have to wait. I guess we just have to retire and concentrate on La Liga and Get back our first place position.

THE MATCH:
3 - JUVENTUS: Buffon; Tacchinardi, Montero, Birindelli (Pessotto 60´), Thuram; Tudor, Nedved, Zambrotta, Davids (Conte 89´), Zambrotta; Del Piero and Trezeguet (Camoranesi 75´).
1 - REAL MADRID: Casillas; Salgado, Roberto Carlos, Hierro, Helguera; Cambiasso (McManaman 75´), Flavio (Ronaldo 52´), Zidane, Figo; Raúl and Guti.
GOALS:
1-0, min. 11: Trezeguet beats Cambiasso and, once inside the goal atrea, beats Casillas.
2-0, min. 42: Del Piero, hard shot from the left corner of the area.
3-0, min. 73: Nedved beats Casillas from the edge of the area.
3-1, min. 88: Zidane, left-footed cross shot.
REFEREE: Urs Meier, Switzerland. He cautioned Flavio (22´), Montero (57´), Salgado (57´), Tacchinardi (63´), Hierro (74´), Nedved (80´), Figo (85´).

shit
your shit.

What swear word are you?
brought to you by Quizilla

"Fool to Think"

Look at me dreaming of you ,all I could hope is to have you, to have you walking with me, laughing so in love, we two, almost drunkenly
I did imbibe of this, fantasy of you and me.Was I a fool to think? the way you looked at me, I swear you did but you looked away too quick, was I a fool, was I a fool to think that you would take me, as if I was yours? was I a fool to think at all?

I've haven't grown tired of love,You're not the trouble with me, I watch you walk right by, I smile, you do not notice me, Treat me recklessly, all you do is toss my pockets out, But the silence in me is screaming,Will you come and get me? Will you ever come and get me? or am i a fool to be thinking?

I'd dance a thousand steps for you, If you say yes to me..I'll be whatever gets you through

Float away here with me
An evening just wait and see
But tomorrow go back to your world
I'm back to my world
And we're back to being friends
Wait and see me,
Tonight let's do this thing
All we are is wasting hours until the sun comes up it's all ours
On our way here
Tomorrow we go back to being friends..

Lately I've been feeling low
A remedy is what I'm seeking
I take a taste of what's below
Come away to something better
What I want is what I've not got
What I need,
Is around me
Reaching, searching never stop
And I'll say...

If you could keep me floating
Just for a while
Till I get to the end of this tunnel,
If you could keep me floating
Just for a while
I'll get back to you

5-1:The Whites lost against R.C.D. Mallorca in their home pitch at Santiago Bernabéu. The last time the Whites lost a La Liga game at home was exactly five months and two years ago on November 1st, 2000. That time, their opponent was R.C.D. Mallorca, very same as today's. The visiting squad stopped Ronaldo's celebration by doing a spectacular and unexpected second half. They managed to change the direction of the wind by scoring 5 times after Ronaldo's goal. One including Roberto Carlos' shot deflection on Novo which sends the ball flying to the goal. The Whites leadership in the La Liga is not threatend by Deportivo and Real Sociedad its just that the Lead has been cut short.
