So, U2 and Oasis' new albums are cool so are The Eulogy's and Halloween, Alaska. Basically, Among basketball and looking/waiting for a job, this has been my past time. I've kinda minimized on my music since last June due to school and all that, So I guess this is the perfect time for me to catch up on my beloved music..

And so it is.. A blessing from God that I hope I don't fuck up. Just a few days ago, I got a job offer in Hong Kong wherein for the first time, the employer was interested in my resume as a Chef. He's flying in the next few days or maybe in the next week to fix a few of his businesses and to meet me personally.. Personally, I hope I do a great job because most probably I'm gonna have to give him a demo on what I can do..

I'm not doubting my skills, don't get me wrong, but I've got the butterflies right now.. Just means that I really want this to happen.. Pray for me.. whoever is reading this..

The Graduation..

So.. Step one is done. I've graduated and now I'm officially a Chef. A dream come true really though now, I'm bound for step two. For me really this is the hardest step of all since this is the step wherein in I start everything.. It's alright though since looking for a job to prove my worth is really hard, plus the world economy is really fucked up.. this step is gonna be terrible but I'm always up for the challenge..

Anyway to the next step carnal!!

I was browsing through my old blogs and realized that I posted so much Real Madrid news. And checking the starting 11 before, compared to the starting 11 right now which is really good, I think the 2002 - 2003 line up is still the best for me (I just felt like I really had to post this).

So today it composed of the Bulls vs. the Celtics in which the Bulls won by a single point compliments of Derek Rose's 36 points, 11 Assists and 4 Rebounds. And also to our music appreciation session in JP Deen's house while watching "Forgetting Sarah Michell"..

Rhum, Brandy, Malt Liquor and Good Sounds and Good Company on a Saturday.. what more can you ask for?! V's Probably.. hahaha!

The Last Day..

So it's Official, I'm done being an intern and now off to graduation.. So to the next step, which is get a job and get back to the REAL WORLD and earn my keep. I'm really looking forward to this since this is step 2 of my long term goal. And normally I don't get past step 1.. So moving on.. Please pray fro my friend Julian Rodriguez who was kidnapped last night in their shop.. I hope he's safe..

PS. I'll burn your houses if I have to.. So don't push it..

According to the Human Resource person that's handling my hours in the hotel, I have approximately till Wednesday before I end.. But from my calculations, I still have till Thursday.. but anyway that's good news then.. So done on Wednesday and graduation next Saturday.. Then Beach.. Nice Itinerary..

The Boss..

Just before lunch time, I was called into the security office because apparently.. I called my boss a FAG. Actually I didn't call him a Fag two interns who were a suck ass to him just made it up, but from the way he acted awhile ago, I sure wish I did.. Funny because he threatened me with my internship and for some weird reason with my life.. I dunno, I actually didn't feel threatened.. I felt more of "If we weren't here right now in your security office, and you weren't my boss, this would be a different story.."

On a more weird note.. those two interns who made up the whole "Mon called the boss a FAG" story, I really don't know where and why they would do something so idiotic.. I can't think of any reason for them to do such thing since I don't really talk to them.. They are actually insignificant to my eyes to the point where I don't notice them anymore even if they stared me down or something to that extent.. Weird Weird Girls.. hay nako..

Anyway.. I almost lost my Job this morning.. If I didn't have a week left in my internship, I probably would have done something I know I would regret.. But would enjoy.. hehehe.. SAYANG!

The Sunburn was all worth it considering that Pangasinan was just a contingency plan since out Caramoan was trip was cancelled due to the weather. Donsol bay and the Hundred Islands were great.. I just wished we'd stay a bit longer since we just went to two islands and there ARE a hundred.. And also I wish I brought a kayak since you can kayak your way from island to island in just a few short strokes.. but anyway, a kayak would be a little too much.. but anyway the trip was great.. next stop? Our yearly outing at the Thugz Mansion in Lemery..

So far I've covered two places in my list of places "where I've never been in and always wanted to go".. It's a very long list but Roadtripping and covering the Philippine Islands is a good start.. hehe... Ciao!

First of the Month..

So.. to start the Month right I'm heading for another roadtrip in a few hours.. The plan was originally in Caramoan, where they shot the French survivor. But since the weather isn't actually cooperating with us, we'll be heading for Pangasinan instead and this is where the Hundred Islands are located.. So either way.. It's a Win-Win.. I'm Tired.. I can't explain why but I am.. I know it's not from work, not from sports.. But I'm Tired..

The last 100 hours..

I'm down to the last one hundred hours of my internship and so far I have yet to think f what to do next. I've had previous plans, but since the whole recession and worse, the recession being crazier than ever, I have to re-think my game plan. Talk about the world's economy screwing your career path over. I never thought it would go down like this.. I guess I'm not the first..

On other things, I just realized awhile ago how the whole world works in terms of "deserving".. Like on how one guy wins the lottery and the other guy just goes "well, he deserved it" or when one ugly guy hooks up with a really hot chick and the next guy goes "well, deserved it" or when a guy is in jail for murder and his jail mate says "we deserve this shit".. I think it's all a bunch of bullshit.. The word deserve is overrated, from how i see it, people tend to connect the word "deserve" to fate.. But if you put everything to perspective.. The reason why the guy won the lottery is because he buys tickets all the time and the reason why the other guy has a hot chick beside him is because he worked his ass of to get a chick that hot and the reason why the last guy is in jail is because he did something to get there.

Deserve.. Tss.. bullshit.. You pay for what you get.. and if that's what you get, it's because that's what you payed for..

The most emotional day of my life..

Until now, I still don't know what I did wrong to deserve a day like this. All I remember doing was just waking up, doing my bathroom duties, having breakfast and heading straight for work. That's it.. I can't recall doing anything stupid to be able to deserve such an emotional day.. So How emotional was it? Take note, Everything Happened in a span of 4 Hours (that's from 8 am to 12 noon).

1.) Just as I got in the kitchen, the Demi-Chef asked me to make Indian Lentil soup for 350 people since the there's a function. Just before I was done.. like a few seasoning away from being completely done with the soup, the shelf on top of me decided to give way.. thus having the stuff on it fall into my soup (Cans of sardines, Croutons, Boxes of Cereal.. Etc.).. So the top half of the soup splattered all over my face and clothes, and I had to re-re do the whole soup...... from scratch.

2.) Right after the whole Soup incident, I headed straight for the nearest sink to wash up, and to my luck the nearest one was where the stewards wash the kitchen equipment. So there I was washing up, without knowing that I was standing underneath the half open grease trap (who in the right state of mind would leave a grease trap half open?). Since I was standing there, and it's half open, my foot went inside the grease trap covering it with the collected grease from the whole kitchen and of course I got off balanced because of this and my back accidentally leaned against the bottom of the hanging pans, making half of the back of my uniform black (This was still around 9-10 am and I already looked like a wet and dirty Rag).

3.) Moving forward to right before lunch.. The Pastry kitchen asked me to collect the fondant, i made the other day. On my way back from the fridge with the fondant just before hitting the pastry kitchen itself, I slipped and fell ass first on the floor.. with the fondant.. I didn't see that the air con was dripping.. Oh yeah, I was with the cute EC assistant when this happened. So she saw everything... (at this point, I wanted to go home already... but of course.. I couldn't)

4.) Fast forward to when me and Brian were having a midnight snack at Sinangag Express.. While I was reassuring him that what he was doing was wrong.. he spilled vinegar all over my face and shirt...

Need I say more?! This was one of the most emotional, stressful and depressing days of my life and I hope this doesn't happen again...

I came across one of my friends blog entries just now, and minus her, ranting about how she saw her Ex boyfriends current girlfriend, It's actually kinda interesting since she made a list of what she used to do back when she was young. And to be honest, it wasn't far from what I like doing back when I was too which makes it kinda cool since all this time i thought she was like the rich-don't want to get mud on my leg type of girl.. Niiice!

On other things.. Real Madrid is now eliminated from the Champion's League.. What's new?! Hassle!! Liverpool is also my team but I'm more of a Madridista than a Red. Also, Chelsea eliminated Juventus.. Now I'm down to just Liverpool. Anyway, Good Luck to them..
