Happy New Year..

So another year is about to end.. So far so good. This year has been really good to me. The goals that i have set this year have been met and basically because of that, 2009 will be all set for me.. I can't wait for 2009.. It's gonna be a year of new beginnings..

This is actually the shortest year end blog i've written in seven years.. but what the hell.. TO HAPPY DAYS!

Merry Christmas to One and All!!

Christmas is just a few days away, and still I don't have anything to give anyone.. Even the rents and the sibs. I've got ideas yeah? but I just don't want to attack the malls like what everyone is doing right now.. It's a scary scary thought for me.. Anyway, so.. I wasn't able to greet my rents happy birthday last week so.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM AND DAD AND SANCHO! wishing you guys more birthdays to come..

So what else is there? hmm.. Oh yeah, I sprained my heel from basketball three days ago and it's the first time in three days that I've left the house. I was still limping around the mall and Camille's office but, it's better that then getting cabin fever.. Which I know I'd get if i didn't leave the house today..

On sports, My Real Madrid is 12 points away from the leader Barcelona and they are currently in fifth place.. Shit..MERRY CHRISTMAS TO REAL MADRID! It's gonna be a very very long winter break for the whites.. stress.. anyway..

Turmoil in Madrid..

After a disappointing start of the season, Bernd Schuster steps down at Madrid and Juande Ramos replaces him at the helm of the Whites. It's another change in coach who's term in Madrid never seem to get past two years. As a fan, this habit of changing coaches every so often doesn't really work. for one, the change is in the mid season, meaning the players have to get used to a whole new system, which means another string of losses just for adjustments.. It looks like we aren't gonna bring home any silverware this year..

Just Because It's Saturday..

I'm going drinking again... If my liver could talk, he'd probably be nagging me about drinking. Since these past few Saturdays, we ain't really doing anything so.. we end up getting tanked with booze... Shit.. I can already see the effect tomorrow morning..

So today.. we're heading up north. It's gonna be this fundraiser for a De La Salle full scholarship. I'm not quite sure this is a very very good idea since it's pay-day-friday, it's a long weekend and I can't say the last one so when you see me, just ask me. So what else is there?..hmm..

Another slow Friday.. There's nothing to do and everyone is just too lazy to head out! what is the world coming to!!

There's really nothing to say.. It's been quite boring lately and I miss the kitchen.. The Industrial kitchen that is, the one in the house isn't enough anymore since I got used the bigger one. Though it's alright, a kitchen is a kitchen..

So what else is there.. It's been Me, Anton and Carlo who's hanging out lately since we ain't really doing shit... which means we should be really doing something about it.. We've been doing that NBA fantasy at yahoo which is a bit odd since they don't really know that much about ball.. but like what i said, we ain't doing anything anyway so whatever...

Whatelse is there!? well.. PC's still busted and I'm not quite sure if I'm still gonna have it fixed or just buy a new one and just add the hardware from my old one.. so yeah.. Not that important right now...

So.. yeah.. Ciao..

Just Because It's Friday..

So like what I said, restaurant week's done, Now comes the real thing.. I'm gonna be an Intern again. In a hotel.. again. Working for hours not money.. Again.. But looking at the bright side of things.. this is the very very last step. So.. yun na yun..

On other things. Ruud van Nistelrooy is gonna be out for the season and Real is looking for a new striker to temporarily replace van Goal.. I looks like Benzema's trip to Madrid will be sooner than anyone thought.. Or unless Raul steps up, then it will be a different story.

It's obvious that it's been just been School and Football for me these past few months. So call me a geek.. I don't really give a flying fuck! YUN NA YUN..

So the PC is still busted and I'm down to using Wowie's PC when he ain't here. Anyway, Restaurant week is now over and it did well.. now it's time to become an intern.. again. Hopefully for the final time.. Anyway, i'll try to blog some more in a few.. ciao

1st of the Month..

Maybe it's really time for me to get a mac. My Personal is busted again, this time it's the motherboard. It's not gonna be s expensive as compared to buying a new one, but the hassle of having it repaired again and waiting and all that, just makes me want to buy a new one..

So halloween was last friday, but I was called in for a function at the town center so it was the first time ever that I wasn't here for the trick or treat. Oh yeah, it was also the first time that I wasn't drunk.. Actually, i didn't have even a single drop alcohol in my body.. I'm not sure if i should be sad or not.. whatever man, c'est la vie..

So what's next.. hmmmm...

What is it with Macbooks? Don't get me wrong, I'm not jealous of my peers who have them, but what is it with Macbooks? Why would I want to replace my 1 Terra byte, Intel® Core™2 Quad processor, 2 GB Ram, NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800 Video Card with matching 17" Samsung HD LCD Monitor for the New 13" Macbook with 750 GB less memory, 2.4 GHz, and a Glass Trackpad? Is it obvious that I'm trying to convince myself not to get one? Because I seriously want one, but I know I have no use for it..

- You Tube, Blogger, Facebook and Multiply
- Yahoo Messenger, AIM, MSN Messenger
- Emails and surfing

So that's it? I'm paying 100'000 to do these things? I don't think so......

First up, Happy 22nd to my Dearest Sister! So yesterday was the degustation and I passed. I guess I am is who I saw I am in the kitchen.. So Next up would be restaurant week, and then The final internship and then Graduation.. Niiiice!!!

I'm not supposed to be blogging since I mentioned a few days back that it's a blog black out for me, but today, I just feel like writing..

So five months since my masters started and tomorrow's Degustation will determine if I am, is who I say I am in the kitchen. Everything boils down to tomorrow.. I don't have doubts because I know my skills and I know what I'm capable of.. It's just a funny though that's all.. I mean, after tomorrow, if everything goes well.. I'm up for my second internship and just before Christmas The Toque and Coat will officially be mine.. That'd be the perfect Christmas gift for me.. Foreal..
